its friday 13th not 1st april :D

bet they'll be slapping them figures in their sig, i reckon you are going to see between 300-310 on a honest dyno
Stop talking about me lol, Hello, first post, no, not going to slap it on my sig, think its a bit optomistic myself from a stage 1. Difference is fantastic though. :)

Having had this engine before and remapped it plus i now have a mapped Rocco R i think you will be lucky to get 305bhp from it , still its not always about high BHP its how it gets there

I agree, tbh am only stating what i have been told, mid range is now soooo much better, which is what i wanted, so a result all round.
What did you have before your Roc ? if you don't mind me asking.

Yes, knew it had the same engine, i had a black Edition30 before the R, toyed for ages about getting the Golf R but the Scirocco won me over with the looks in the end.

Yes i was looking at Golf R's too, the price difference was to much IMO and the fact they dont look that much different the the mk5

Thanks, love the R, build quality not quite as good as the Golf, but more than compensated by the drive and the stunning look of it :)

i had the normal GTI (missed out on ED30 by 6 months..doh) so the upgrade to the Roc R is mind bloggling in my mind lol.

apart from them skimping on a couple of interior bits, i think the Roc R is worth every penny.

will Revo it as some point too.
