What's the problem with driving with the lights on?

With the cost of Xenon bulbs i don't fancy running round with them on permanently! :shake:

I don't quite get the difference either

If it's just the inner pair then i'm gonna leave mine on,i usually have the sidelights on anyway,if it's the xenon dipped beam then i'll have them turned off and just use the sidelights during the day.I hope that's the case but it's a bit strange that if the lights are switched on in one of those photos (ie not just the DRLs) that the sidelights aren't on aswell,usually when you have the headlights on the sidelights stay on aswell don't they? Maybe it's all photoshop though.
