Are the front bodywork wings a different part no?
They look like they bulge out slightly more on the wheel arch but may just be an illusion caused by the R front bumper

So what was the verdict on the R led lights?

I have ordered a 1.4 TSI DSG with xenon lights, can I swap in led lights?

Cheers :)

The R headlight is different to the standard xenon unit. Your basic issues are going to indicators and DRL's.

Okay I'll be more clear the units are not a direct swap. The R unit has the xenon beam as in the outer position and the indicator in the inner location. The standard Xenon unit as the sidelight / DRL in the inner location you'll need to sort out the wiring loom to activate the correct elements.

In answer to your other Q the rear dust seal is 1J0 698 671 to suit calliper 8J0 615 423 E / 8J0 615 424 E

thank you so much for the dust seal part number.

I've a bi-xenon headlights with the inner location as DRL and static cornering light. so in short, apart from wiring and maybe some coding-- the R headlights are a direct fitment in terms of the bumper / bracketing and etc?

ETKA indicates the attachment points are common.
