i totally agree with you Roc82. handling is spot on. After months of having a splitter sat in my flat i finally had it fitted lol. it was supposed to be fitted before GTI international. im now glad it wasnt.

That splitter looks spot on. I'm so tempted for one too but thinking it won't last long with the coilovers lol.

the last things that went on from my trip to the garage where the brakes from my old car. The wheels. And a Brand new cup spoiler. i had to get one really. makes the roc look so much better. Im due another trip there in roughly 4/5 weeks. for a pretty big change. cant wait lol. just waiting on parts being shipped over.

So this is how he looks now with the coils settled.

Great pic!
Short question: how visible are the gaps after fitting the new taillights? I've read on a couple of posts that these taillights are smaller than the original ones.

These fit slightly better than they did on my black roc. The gap is minimal. I'll pm you a picture after I finish work

I got fed up lately with my stick on paddle extensions falling off so as a Christmas present to myself I bought the S2t replacement paddles.

Here they are in the box they come in

Image

The quality Is amazing. They a full metal. With nice smooth edges all the way around. I was determined I was going to fit these myself. So last Wednesday I came home from work and made a start. The first job was to get the airbag cover off. Many a swear words were said getting it off. Lol. After that it was pretty straight forward. The only other fiddly bit was getting the hinge pin out of the oem paddles.

Here is s comparison shot between old and new paddles

And finally with them both on and all finished

1st things back on were the rear diffuser and the Dectane Rear lights. this picture shows the difference between OEM and dectane lights

Where did you get the super pro kit and ALK?

Also, did you buy your badges already black or do them yourself?

You can get the lights direct from Dectane
