Can you please stop posting sideways pictures? It's really annoying and spoiling your thread.

Car looks better with the black Scirocco badge in the proper place though. Much much better, though I'm not a fan of the spelling which assume is on purpose.

Right! Today after work I made use of the vehicle lift and got underneath the car properly, for the first time, to fit my new Revo Torque Mount Insert and took a few pics of the relatively easy process :D ImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImage
With some pics of the turbo which I havent managed to see beforehand :D

As soon as I started the engine again you could feel the difference, the vibrations when driving (lower rev range and even at idle are more noticable, but not a ' :o somethings broken' feeling. You can tell it is just the mount insert doing its job absorbing the movements it intends to :D

The original bolt was pretty tight and took some force to undo and the new bolt has a slightly bigger head, 22mm I think it was. The insert took some careful but rough hammering and will need a little oil or grease for lubrication. A little Loctite Studlock or Threadlock for added security and peace of mind on the new bolt, then nice and 'F T' so it doesnt vibrate loose :D (comes with new washers)

Simple enough mod just need some sturdy tools for undoing and tightening with a recommendation of Loctite :D You can feel the power getting to the wheels and onto the road a bit better, dont worry about the slight vibration increase, thats the nature of stiffer mounts :D

By the way the Insert literally inserts alongside the OEM mount, there is no need to remove anything other than the original bolt and washer!
