carbon mirrors look good. Are they covers or vinyl wrapped?

New DRL bulbs

Not sure how legal they are?
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/400380999751

Pretty easy to install (bit fiddly), just open the back of the headlamp and twist the old bulb holder out and put the new bulb in.
