I'm gonna grab one off ebay here...the WMA 3000a... getting it shipped from the states though so who knows what'll happen there.
Part of me just wants to nip down to Charles Hurst and buy the damn connection lead and forget about the Bluetooth side of things.

Havent got a link but if you type the spec into ebay it'll pop up straight away in the international seller part.
I think Lisburn Road are selling it for about £65. Might be a better job to save ourselves £20 or so.

If its the tune2air product that you're using the model number will determine if it works or not. The 1000/3000a will work with Audi/VW etc but the 2000/3000b is made for BMW and wont be compatible with you're VW mate. Best advice is sell the current one and but another one. They've just come back into stock on the Viseeo website.
I just bought mine this morning so will update here in a couple of days to see if it works. Really hoping it will as it seems a great product!!

Thanks, one is a kitsound one and the other is a £5er off eBay. Ironically the more expensive kitsound one was not as good as the £5 job.
I will look for a vw compatible one then!

To add to that its disgusting tune2air charge £70 a cable. As I said £5 for the Beemer!

Just Received my Tune2Air WMA3000a and can't say much else other than it's a great piece of Kit. Plug and play and in about 3 minutes your streaming wirelessly with full track info. Exactly what I was looking for...despite paying £70 for it. But sure. All in all would recommend.

Does anyone know if you can run a simultaneous bluetooth connection to both the Tune2Air (for music) and the Kufatec Fiscon bluetooth unit (for phone calls)?
The Fiscon is great for phone calls, but the music streaming quality is terrible, it only comes through the front speakers and it's really quite poor.
The Tune2Air would be great if I could use it to stream music, yet maintain phone connection through the Fiscon! Anyone tried that or know if its possible?
I know the Apple Watch works just fine which confirms an iPhone can hold multiple bluetooth connections simultaneously!

can the Tune2Air WMA3000a be used for calls at all? I realise it would ideally need a fitted Mic but can the phone pick up voice and play sound through the speakers with a bluetooth connection?
Apologies for the potentially silly question
Thanks

Well not really that silly a question actually mate, I tried using SIRI this morning and no luck. You've got me wondering about the sound only coming from the Front speakers now, gonna have to try this after work. That would be crap. Sounded good this morning mind you.

Anyone who got one of these tell me if it's only the music app that plays through it or can you stream radio apps etc?
