xiaohong: And do you have the stock clutch? And stock gearbox? :O How much Nm you've got? And which hybrid turbo you used? Is it LOBA?

Yes its stock clutch with stock dsg map. Didnt quite like the feel.of the dsg tune as it revs higher before changing gear and slightly quicker in shifts with red line limit at 7100rpm. I have approx on crank abt 385nm or so of torque.
Just too add, its on a wmi kit as well.
For the hybrid, its a custom spec which i wanted in billet wheel matching the k04 cartridge with uprated seals etc.
The trouble abt the gtx turbo is that i will have to do a custom manifold for it and its pretty troublesome

hey, you have a really nice car thanks for sharing and congrats on making it so perfect.
I have a few questions in my ming, as I see you're driving a dsg box. Is that effected you ? What is the cont and peak turbo bar amounts you use right now ? Do you have any dsg upgrade kits for your car rather than the dsg software upgrades also you can use launch control I guess.
I have a remapped 1.4tsi, we have an aggresive remap with 1.9 peak and 1.7 continous bar on stock turbo. Now I am planning to go for hybrid k03, I dont plan to change/increase piston rods etc. but I will change valve springs and engine upper lid(sorry I dont know how to translate it exactly
)
actually I dont have many knowledge about the turbo and engine and I dont see many people doing such work on 1.4tsi 160hp, for example what kind of an exhaust do you use ? Do I need to change my downpipe after hybrid upgrade ? will my forge dumpvalve still be functioning ?
I know I have written many things but I'll be very happy to find out

Hi!
answers to your questions:
peak 1.7 tapers to 1.55 hold
DSG box for the 7speed is holding well so far. No clutch upgrades
Valve springs help holds boost solidly and maybe you might wanna try porting
changing a dp would be recommended even just with a stage 2 tune for better flow if you have either esienmann supersprint remus etc quads
For the forge dump valve, its a spring controlled device and I would prefer the stock DV as there is a new revision for it by VAG. Makes the tuner's job easier too
post your dyno sheet for us to see and drool!
cheers
