currently finding the comments from the anti mk7 and mk5/mk6 fanboys really funny on this car, with oh you should not have ordered, i bet people are upset blah blah blah all based on a concept that has not been seen with no date for production (UP GT my point in question)
funnily enough none of the R orderers really give a monkeys at the moment all be it, interested to see if it floats my boat but equally interested in the S3+

I noticed the 250PS Polo R as well the other day, another one to keep an eye on!
Whatever you buy whether is is a hi-fi, washing machine, car, mobile phone watch. There will always be something around the corner just that little bit better, just a fact of life. Gets expensive keeping up with the latest technology.

Very true......To be honest I just accept buying cars is a waste of money....but we have always been into our cars and like the owning and driving experience. If something comes up which we fancy we would get one pretty much regardless of money lost.

Indeed - it is pretty much a given, that as you as you drive off that forecourt, you lose about £2K in deprecation, but hey - I think it is worth it for the new car experience, despite frustrations along the way.
You only live once, but cars are far from being investments.
