my scirocco gt170
Re: my scirocco gt170
You've maybe never heard of it because it's not been an option for a good few years. It was replaced with Dark Oak.
Well, we can say for sure that yours is definitely not Pewter or Indium.
Judging from the picture you posted, I'd say that it's likely to be Sumatra, but possibly Dark Oak. Both these colours change quite a lot depending on the light conditions.
Maybe post a better pic...
Sumatra was replaced by Dark Oak in mid 2010, I think. So that should give you an idea which it is.

Look great - and very clean!
You could look up the colour from the boot sticker (and probably the sticker in the service book)
This link might help...
http://www.sciroccocentral.co.uk/roccop ... ld_Sticker" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Or search forum for "boot sticker"

Re: my scirocco gt170
Its Sumatra if it was built before week 45 of that year or dark oak if build week 45 or after
http://www.sciroccocentral.co.uk/roccop ... ur_Options" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Use the build sticker decoder to work out the build week
http://www.sciroccocentral.co.uk/roccop ... ld_Sticker" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Brocky you bottom photo is deep black not dark oak!
