They will charge you Band E as the actual CO2 figure is written on the V5 if you look. It was the first thing I checked when I seen the error and confirmed that the Co2 value was correct.

hi thanks for that

just looked it up my Co2 (g/km) = 139 G/KM i belive it puts me in band E £120 per year is that correct

Just like to say we have some great guy`s on this forum sandrex (ANDY) has posted my missing key today free of charge!!!! Also given me some piece of mind, as I now know I have bought a great car
The car is in mint condition inside and out, he really looked after it and even after it had been taken away he still the good in him to pass the missing key to its new owner, I know a lot of people would have just left it in the draw or thrown it away. Andy you are a true gentleman
Also thanks to wigit for sending me in the right direction of the key

Yes, there was a time that DSG cars used a bit more fuel, now they seem to use less :eyepop:

With the R32 I had previously, DSG was more economical and quoted less CO2 than the manual version.

Was surprised it was the other way round with the Rocco 170TDI and put it down to either weight or gearing
