fitting was a nightmare on the passenger side as whatever chimp at vw wired my car left no slack what so ever on the wiring loom.

These are the same units as robs group buy a while a go and what philjay92 has. Bought from ebay. Arrived in 3 weeks.

Looking good!
Yes they look good. Apart from all the bugs around it that's welded to the paint from my journey home last night.

It's just gloss black. Looks so much nicer than silver. Can't wait to get them on the car later

These were my old gloss black inters. Just needed spacing. Had a upgrade since so they are just left neglected. Considered using them as winter wheels.

I was thinking about gloss black on my alloys too. How much did that cost you roughly? Just so I can get a rough figure at what It's gonna cost me.

Anyway I finally fitted the new side lights today! ImageImage

Do you know if these side lights will fit on my 2009 GT? If yes have you got a link to them please?

Do they throw up any dashboard error lights?

Those are dectane sidelights bud, I got them off of amazon myself but will be cheaper from dectane themselves, just may take a while longer. Try a quick google. In pretty sure they fit most models, I done a little digging and found older models with them fitted. Also they show no error lights on the dash whatsoever. Really happy with them!

My Amazon link: http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/aw/d/B00BTDT ... ref=plSrch" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Dectane website has two models. Not sure what the difference is:

Finally got around to waxing the car yesterday. I cleaned, clayed, Autoglym SRP, Auotglym High Def Cleanser and finally the Autoglym HD Wax. Took me about 4 hours in total but was worth it...im delighted with the nice shine. not sure how necessary the cleanser was but did it anyway. Few pictures taken after...
