looks awesome in all colours

Just have a quick question about ordering a new Scirocco GT 2.0 tsi. Can i still order the current model with the updated spec from 2012: The leather seats, rns315 with nav, bluetooth and DAB, rear parking sensors and electric lumbar in front ? I'm thinking of ordering in a couple of days. Thanks in advance for your helpful replies.

I'm sure your local dealer will be over the moon to supply you with a previous years model. Remeber to make sure you get a massive discount too!

I was offered 8% discount plus the dealer 2k contribution. Sure you could get a better deal if you pushed hard enough!

Order book is closed. It's only cars currently in the supply chain that are available gor sale.

New factory orders are only available on tne new facelift model, if the order book is open yet.

My patience is running out. VW better release the new prices for the facelifted scirocco soon or I've got a 3 month old Audi A5 Black edition with my name on it

I reckon by the end of this month the new revised Scirocco would be available for ordering, that is just a guess though!

According to a VW dealer I spoke to this morning you cant order a facelifted Scirocco until July 18th prices come out sometime June with delivery September (if your lucky) don't think that will work for me...................Shame

Wow - that is much longer than I anticipated, I guess it allows longer for existing stocks to be cleared. If order books open in July I would have thought Oct or even Nov would be the earliest for delivery.

To be honest, I would go for the A5 over the Scirocco. Just use the fact it's not been NCAP tested as an additional leverage for negotiation.

So... All the early press said orders start on 20th May. Im guessing that isn't happening?

Hi all, I've been stalking the forums with an interest in the facelift myself, my local dealer sent me this:

The new model will open for ordering on Tuesday 8 July and sales will start on Wednesday 1 October.

We have made this change because production of Scirocco diesel engines will now start in week 31. Diesel engines represent the greater proportion of Scirocco sales so moving the dates will avoid the need to quote longer than normal lead times.

Though I do wonder if the remaining stock or back-orders played a part. It's only an extra month (for now) on top of the original sale date even though the orders start later.

My local stealer has given me July 7th for orders but they don't expect to get their hands on one to show punters until late Sept/October. The information sheet they sent me doesn't mention much that we don't already know except that, and this surprised me, on non-R's you only get front LED DRL's if you order bi-xenon's. I had expected all versions to have them after a front end facelift.

If you look through the VW range most variants only have LED DRL's when you have bi-xenon's. Normally standard on the top spec ones though.

Sad to say that I cant wait any longer to buy another Scirocco and wait realistically for October November delivery. I have loved my 4 and a 1/2 years with the Scirocco, but ive just ordered a new Audi A5 S-Line black edition due in September

Have you more pics/detail of halogen lights on the facelift ?

Τhe rear bumper we know that it doesn't suit… front it suits?
