You can't see it from the outside or connector pins.
But the differences i discovered is that module 09 adaptation channel 01 is available on the one without keyless entry. On the one with keyless entry channel 01 is not available.
In this channel you can see how much remotes are learned.

ok when i get the headlight ill check and see. i hope my bcm is for normal keyfob.... thanks

Done! LANE ASSIST fully working and functional on my MY2012 Scirocco 2.0 TDI. I now have one of the most exclusive Scirocco's in Portugal. I'm so happy!! I couldn't do it without a friend of mine on Tiguan Forum with nickname n4s. Next retrofit will be ACC, Side Assist and automatic parking brake.

Thanks guys! Already have all cabling done for EPB. I'm testing it this week, hopefully. I'm now studying on how to retrofit facelift Scirocco R front. Or I'm upgrading to Pre-facelift R. I don't know what I'm going to do yet ahah

n4s helped me a lot in a Tiguan project, this guy has lots of serious knowledge.
