Bloody close now mate. On the excited scale what number are you at??

I'd be even more excited if my dealer didn't tell me he will have to put an order in a few days after it arrives to get it transported to the dealership which takes 7:days

My car arrived at Tyne port yesterday evening. Never got any stage 6 text but customer services confirmed it had arrived and was being scheduled for a transporter to the dealer. It should arrive by Friday next week. I am then having it delivered here just over 100 miles away around the middle of the following week so less than 2 weeks from now!

Can't wait! I'm getting a list of registration numbers to choose from on Monday. The salesman who I have been dealing with is off on holiday next week and has given me a couple of contact numbers if anything pops up.

Really looking forward to it. I'm getting a list of registration numbers on Monday to choose from. Really not long now, plus I am probably going to advertise my Polo for sale this weekend so plenty to keep me busy!

Had a trade in price of £9500 from the dealers so put it up for £10k and actually sold it to my mums friend for asking

Nice one! Mine is worth just under £5000 according to Autotrader and Glass so will settle for the high 4000's. It is my first car!

Did you get a trade in price Dazza? Auto trader valued mine at 8ish I think so well worth having a good look into it mate. You might be pleasantly surprised.

The dealer advised me I'd be better off using webuyanycar and that says something! Selling privately is my best option. I don't need to sell in a hurry

I ordered mine around 15th/16th/17th September. Still waiting for any updates or an order number. It's a 184ps diesel and they said there's a high demand/long wait on that block.
I nearly went and bought an RX8 to help these few months pass before deciding against it.
