I was quoted £139 for the service, £39 for the MOT and they recommend a brake fluid change (which won't be done for another 2 years) for £59.
Not too bad all in.
That's for your 3rd service Kev? That does sound a good deal, as you know I was quoted £206, I may still enquire further afield.

Is the £206 including the brake fluid change though skippy? Mine was just done and was £198 with the fluid change so the same as Kev and pretty much what you were quoted

I don't think so Deacon, I would have thought they would have mentioned it otherwise. I am beginning to think £206 is a bit of a rip off!

I called in to the dealer and enquired about the 2 year service package for £379 which includes 2 Mot's.
He said good time to do it because the 4th year (next year)service is the major one for me and would be £249 and this years is about £135.
As I've no intention of changing the car for another 2 years it seemed the best option.Even if I do sell the car the plan is transferable
I know I can get it done cheaper but my dealer have always looked after my car and the thought of careless oiks messing with my motor is not worth the grief.
So it's booked for an MOT just before the warranty runs out and they can sort a few niggles out at the same time.

I guess this was with sinclair mate, can i ask which branch u booked it into please?

I have just booked mine in a Central Audi & VW in Birmingham for a full service - £220inc VAT.

I gave up with VW Birmingham and WV Redditch (different franchises) as I have left them both messages when enquiring about my service, as they were engaged/busy, and no-one called me back. I know VW Redditch were charging £260 though. Very poor customer service if they cant even be arsed to call you back.

Even though it causes me a little inconvenience, and probably saves me a few quid, I am having my warranty work done (hose replacement) by VW Birmingham a few days after my service.

I called another dealer for a 3rd year service and was quoted an eye watering £307! They did agree to go down to just over £250 after I said I had a cheaper quote, but I had already made my mind up!

Play the dealers off against each other. I got the 3rd service including brake fluid change for £149.

Wow - that's a good price, I did phone up a 3rd dealer and was quoted £149 for 3rd service but IF I want the brake fluid, would cost another £69! MOT they could do for £39.

as proved by the figures people have posted , sciroccos on the whole are not that overly expensive to service , but remember some of these deals are just to get you through the door then they can hit you for expensive parts and labour especially if the car is coming up to the end of warranty or out of it
most main dealers do it

I've just had a great experience with Central Audi & VW, Birmingham.

I had my 2 year service done by them and, as well as being friendly and informative, the cost was a lot less than I had been quoted by a dealer and they probably did a better job in all honesty. They also did some coding for me that I have wanted done for ages, and the dealers wont/cant/dont know how to do it.

My Roc, is now complete with BEEP on lock unlock (according to my dealer, the Scirocco doesnt have a beep facility - funny that) and my DRL's have been switched off so only the (LED) side lights are on - the Auto switch now does what it is supposed to! Tip top :)

After phoning around different dealers, I have finally opted for the 2 year service plan. It made sense really, I could have travelled further and got cheaper 'one off' service costs, but by the time you factor in the extra travel cost/time etc. there is not a whole lot in it.
