Just taken delivery of my new 2011 Scirocco GT, which is perfect! I'm over the moon with it

One thing I have noticed; when behind other cars, from the drivers seat, the reflection of the driver's side headlight in the back end of the car in front seems to be slightly brighter than the reflection of the passenger side's headlight. If I look at the two beams, stood in front of the car, they don't seem much different, but I can definitely notice it driving round.
I pulled the car up to the garage door tonight, and it seems that the beams of the main headlights are pushed off to the passenger's side of the car, which I presume is intentional so that the beam does not dazzle other oncoming drivers?? My full main beam bulbs point directly forward, so not problem with them.
Anyone else notice this?
I know it's silly, but...

Cheers,
Joe
