red letter question

hi, just signed for my tsi 160ps today, when i saw the car only the i on the boot is red, I was under the impression as it was the 160ps the S and the I are red on the - I've done some searches and found conflicting info - can anyone clarify for me pls (apologies if this thread has been posted and answered before)

Just looked back at some members recent delivery photos..... all red as per MY2011 change (Wk22 onwards, 2010.)

i have a horrible feeling they have the wrong car - all the paper work I signed has said 160ps but having seen that little red I, I'm nervous thinking they have the 122! will be furious if the dealer has cocked it up

Check paper label next to spare in boot on right side in mine. If 160ps it should say 118kw. But should be all red TSI letters. Good luck!

Thanks for the response, i rang the dealer in a right panic and turns out I've made a complete fool of myself haha! the car I saw wasn’t mine!!! (exact same spec rising blue, 18's, front fogs so an innocent mistake ) but one letter was different on the reg - confirmed that 160ps is all red on the TSI lettering - red I is for the 122ps... pick up tomorrow a.m - cant wait

best make sure you never ever park in the same car park as them
