how often should one foam the car?

my intention is for it to be a winter help, but seeing it being quite useful in cleaning the 'sticky' stuff like tree saps, oil/ traffic film etc, would foaming once a month ok?

i have the valet pro snow foam which is ph-neutral.

That's Magi-Foam I'm using there. It was my first play with the new foam gun and it's fair to say it was easy to get it as thick as shaving foam. :D
