Best aftermarket bulbs for 2.0GT (non-xenon)

Post by JAMAL / MALOO_8 »

Hi,

I do not have Xenons on my ROC but would like to upgrade the bulbs for 2 reasons:
1. Improve lighting (lights are not very good currently)
2. Get a white light effect (gatvol of the yellow lights)

Please can somebody recommend a good Cool White Bulb that I can use on my ROC without any problems that will assist with the two issues above.
Also, it would help me significantly if I can get info on where i could purchase these bulbs. I have a friend in the UK who is coming down to SOuth Africa within the next few months and he is willing to bring it down for me.

All help will be sincerely appreciated.

there are more than a few threads discussing this very topic in the lights section of the forum with pics of the results and where to buy, worth having a read through those.

Thanks Trix.

I was hoping somebody would just reply with a short and sharp answer of exactly what bulbs I would need for which light and where I could buy it from, thereby saving me the time to go through all the posts in the technical lighting section.

If anybody can please give me a short and sharp answer for bulbs that are brighter and whiter than the OEM ones (and do not throw up error codes) please post here:

p.s: Need for Headlights as well as foglights.

Thanks in advance.
