Alarm problems

Post by EddieB »

Last three nights, with temperatures around -12degrees the Alarm goes off in the middle of the night.
Resetting it stops the noise but will go off shortly afterwards.
This is not an issue during daytime.
Anyone know if this is temperature related. :eyepop:

Just to be sure, you happen to have an electric heater in the cockpit combined with the motion sensors pack, do ya?
My Jeep did that last winter when the heater kicked off at 5 am. Apparently the motion sensors or vibration sensors picked up the hot air blowing and triggered the alarm. I had to disable the motion sensors every time when I plugged the heater. Fortunately, it only required just a couple more presses on the remote key.
