Checking order status

Hi!

I am eagerly waiting for my Scirocco ... and it should be build in wk 39,
Bound for Hong Kong.
So I have been calling my dealer ... asking about whether it had been loaded onto a ship.
And he said he didn't know. At least as of today, it is not on the shipping list.
So ... from all the useful info I have read here
... I am guessing he is not being too helpful.

I notice another fellow here with build week 40,
and his ROC had been loaded and bound for Hong Kong.

Is there anyway I could find out more by checking a system somewhere.
I do have the commission number for the car ... or anyone with such an access?

I dying in waiting ... the wait is horrible.

the dealer systems used to only update on a weekly basis & hopefully from reading through what other people are coming across, you will understand alot is also intuition rather than specific information recieved. as you have your commission number I would recommend you call VW customer services in Hong Kong and find out what their systems are saying as to the staus of the order. we are purely just owners ourselves therefore do not have any access to the VW systems so that is all I can suggest.

obviously you have already found the "Next Boats?" topic to keep updated on the shipping schedules should you get confirmation your car is on a boat, franky827 I believe has been told to wait & ask if his car is on the boat towards the end of this week.

I ordered my Scirocco in end of July and my sales told me the build week is 40. I have been calling him once a week and check on the shipping schedule, however, he still doesnt has any update info on the schedule. He said they will know the schedule 3 weeks before it arrives Hong Kong. If the ship is Nordic Spirit, which is schedule to arrive on 25th Nov, he should know by end of this week. I will try to call him again later this week. Will let you know if I get more info.

Thanks! I have been calling my dealer too.
I will post the information here too once I have any news regarding the delivery.
Candy white with brown interior is classic and most beautiful.

The entire lot of scirocco which was here 2 weeks ago had been entirely delivered.
Kerry is now empty with not a single Sirocco remaining.

Oh, btw, VW now has those $30 Scirocco toy cars at their West Point service centre.

Yes, my dealer just told me it will arrive in end of Nov. Suppose is on Nordic Spirit
