I managed to curb 3 of my wheels this weekend being forced off the road by people who think they drive tanks! wasnt happy!

I have just conceeded that i will wait until i curb them all once again (as they weren't noticeably bad) and then get them all done!

I feel your pain mick - hope you get them looking like new!
Jay.

Micks - The handbrakes on VAGs aren't the best, there's always lots of cable stretch in the 1st year. From new the handbrake is probably 1/3 up its travel, by the end of year 1 it's up to 2/3 - I always leave my car in gear when parked, I just don't trust the handbrake.

Caprino - were the tank drivers women in Nissan Qashqai faux by faux?, you need to stand your ground, they'll move if you don't. Loads of women around here have the Nissans. Range Rovers might be Chelsea Tractors, but it seems the Qashqai is a Newcastle Tractor. Had a few games of "chicken" with the Nissans when they come well into my lane in the opposite direction to overtake a bus or parked car. When I see a situation like that develop, I always give myself plenty of room in my own lane - the more room you give them, the more they try to take, at your expense.
