My Black Beast has been hit :(

Post by martinjrose »

Women reversed into me in a parking lot while stationary, new bonnet and bummer needed. Absolutely gutted I have never had a any problems since I started driving.

She was all don't worry I have insurance. Turns out its third party and now she is trying to blame me. Its an absolute nightmare.

Likewise, I am gutted to see this also, I bet it was a 4*4 vehicle, some people are just incredibly careless!

Take loads of pictures and send them off to your insurers, there's no way with that damage you could have been at fault, unless you can scrape the front of your car perfectly sideways across her car..

Explaining to your insurers firmly and sending them photos of damage with your own report (explaining how the damage can only be caused by... etc) is the only real way about it. I think insurance companies are probably a bit more wise.

I cant stand driving on the road. So many people aren't road worthy. Jeremy Clarkson hit the nail on the head when he said, 'if you have no interest in driving, you shouldnt drive', as he suggested, someone like a surgeon wont not have an interest in surgery/medicine.
