USB 250gb Drive "Seagate" - Reverting Back To 1 Song

Post by mitch »

Hey Guys
Got a small but VERY annoying issue, bought a 250gb USB drive and all the songs load perfectly but when you have been driving for a while turn the car off and back on again it reverts back to the same song on the same album every time .

any ideas ???

Cheers in advance

Might be the USB, I used mine all the time and haven't had any problems with it at all. Try another smaller stick to see if the problem persists.

iirc this was the problem with some drives mitch & there isn't much, if anything, that can be done its just how that particular type of drive works

ok guys thanks anyway !!! and damn !

I might try playing around with the configuration of how the files are on the drive, IE putting them in different folders etc.

will keep the post updated
