Questionaire From Ipsos

Post by Gilez »

Has anyone else received a satisfaction survey/questionaire from Ipsos of Germany since buying their Scirocco (or other VW I guess).

I received it in the post yesterday, but am always a bit cautious of sending such things back to sometone I have never heard of, but it looks like a genuine survey. I have had a quick look on the internet and there isnt much written about them at all.

Ipsos is the fifth largest research organization IN THE WORLD behind Nielsen, WPP (TNS), IMS and GfK. Trust them, really.

Yes, I had one a few weeks ago. I asked around aboubt IPSOS and found them genuine. So, I filled it in and sent it off. The only drag was that there was no real incentive at the end - and it was long!!!!

VW Surveys

Post by LadyRocR »

I got my RocR after a 12mth wait in November 2010. Recently I have had 2 surveys from companies through the post. 2 separate companies have sent a survey and both claim to be doing it on behalf of VW. One of them have even sent a SECOND copy of their survey as I didn't respond to the first one they sent. Both surveys are about the car and have the car details (not the registration) in the header.

I am very suspicious of this especially as the letters were addressed to MR K XXXXXXXXX rather than MRS K XXXXXXXXXXX

Are they legit? Has anyone else had them? I do not know whether to be angry with my dealership for getting my name wrong in the details they have passed to VW OR to be angry with them because they have passed my details (incorrectly) to a 3rd party!

Same for us with our Passat CC - first was Ipsos and apparently a second one from different company came through the post yesterday.

Maybe its best if you don't complete those surveys and tell everyone how much you love your RocR. Otherwise everyone will get one and then they'd become dead common.
