Roc rev limit

In: Viper Green
With a: Manual box
Options: leather, parking sensors. rns510, winter pack, bi xenons, GT Steering wheel badge, aluminum sill covers, Eibachs, k&n air filter

Does anybody know why the Roc only revs to around 4000 RPM when at stand still? this isnt something i usually do but somebody asked me to give it a rev to see what it sounds like andits hits a limiter! strange i thought!

somthing to do with the engine management system, my diesel goes to 2500rpm, if you turn the esp off it will override the feature and rev out to red
