We did something very similar as a marketing campaign at work. Our market is students so we went around outside universities and pressure washed around a template.
Because it's technically cleaning, it's not classed as vandalism.

Click the top image to enlarge it. At the very top of the photo, you can make out a SCIROCCO logo in addition to the main one which is / appears to be graffitied onto the pavement.
