Yeh looks like it .Quite a big feature "The Cars Of The Year" 13 of the years greatest cars filmed in America .So should be appearing in an episode soon(always find the magazine has the story first ,then it goes on TV soon after).

No sign of it in the next two weeks episodes but they tend to finish the year with their awards so I'm guessing it should be on before that one. Dec 14th maybe.

I'm going to end up with two successive TG cars of the year. The puma was the winner in about 1998. I must be doing something right!

I'll probably pick the magazine up tomorrow. I can scan it for thursday.

Well done Kev for sorting that out.
I will also be on my 2nd TG COTY as the MK5 Gti I am currently abusing was a winner in 05.Can't remember if it was overall winner or "hot hatch of the year"

Nope it wasnt in 05 as I was driving the overall winner lol which was the Honda S2000 which was also 2004's winner which is one of the reasons i bought it !!! Still to this day I wonder whether I should have bought another one still obviously not as I currently have the car of the year !!! yay

The MK5 Gti was Top Gear COTY 2004 - it says so in 'the hall of fame' page 185.

No mention of S2000 in the last 8 years I'm affraid.
