Re: Flat Tyre indicator - Retrofit
ANy update on this Gareth?
Re: Flat Tyre indicator - Retrofit
Andy was kind to provide the wiring diagram and it does appear to be PIN 35 on the ABS unit.
If it works or not is a different matter!
Not had chance to install the wire to the ABS unit - may have chance next weekend.

Re: Retro-fit Flat Tyre Indicator
I have to say that I still have not got around to fitting the ABS wire..... (although I can not confirm it will work - the info. is just based on the wiring diagram!)
Sorry!

Re: Flat Tyre indicator - Retrofit
Gareth, did You buy the wire for Golf V, 2008, from Kufatec?
Re: Flat Tyre indicator - Retrofit
Yep!
http://www.kufatec.de/shop/product_info ... -Plus.html
.... Golf 5 / 2008 with button.
The button looks correct and wires in fine BUT I have not put the wire through to the ABS unit at PIN 35 yet to see if it works.

Re: Flat Tyre indicator - Retrofit
well, I've ordered... but the guys at Kufatec told me that they won't give me any support...
Re: Flat Tyre indicator - Retrofit
Sorry to say but I still have not had chance to complete the install and for a number of reasons I will now be selling the Scirocco
The wiring diagram is bigger than the allowed upload to the forum, so please MSG me if you want it!
I will be selling the switch and wiring loom on Ebay shortly (not because it does work!) just to get the money back on it!
