In record time from factory to dealer (1 week) & into my hands a few days later.

HERE IT IS!!!
It had a nice run in home (180miles) & then an exuberant run this morning with the local Pistonheaders :D (they went a bit quicker than I really wanted to push mine but wasn't far behind)

thanks guys, just hope everyone who is still waiting gets theres out as soon once its build. had a good chat with the dealer principal during handover who said the production weeks for all models are still rather up in the air :( they are as put out as those waiting.

definitely a brill way to do some of the run in, hopefully i can keep up abit more next time although the beans they were playing with i'd need some 'assistance'

Its going to have to live with the squashed bugs on the front for now but is already booked in for a major polishing session next weekend.

Congratulations on getting the car, the car looks great in the pictures. You should rightly be very pleased with it!

Isn't just the best drive ever, going back home with a brand spanking new car fresh from the factory, especially in your case if it's almost 200 miles? :yes:
Only a few hundred more and you'll have ran it in in time for the christmas meet :D

Just one thing, I've not seen Sumatra for real, but in those pictures, if I didn't know better, I'd have thought it was black :?
Does it look different in the flesh??

on the paint sample in the dealer's yes but on the configurator no its just sumatra
