Hi all, been reading this forum for a while and trying to find the right car.
Monday went to local dealer and they had a TDI GT in the right colour, (Candy White) sitting in the showroom brand new and unused. Spoke to the salesman, he explained that it had been ordered but the buyer had backed out, he had until Wednesday to confirm the sale.
I said I was very interested and enquired as to my part ex value. Couldn't believe my luck when he valued mine at £750 more than it was worth in June this year!
First thing Wednesday morning the dealer phones me and say's "the cars for sale if you want it".
What a result, no waiting for build dates. They are going to fit reversing sensors, I should have it next week.
Oh, by the way the drinks are on me.
Very new and very pleased.

Congrats Pete but with an offer like that it could end up costing you more for the drinks than it did for the 'rocco!!
