If it's anything like my brother you'll have a huge list of letters after your name. That's impressive enough. And well earned.medicsource wrote:Doctor..... why can't I hae a great big, long exciting job title?

Re: So what does a Scirocco owner do for a living then?
I'm an Offshore Surveyor for a Subsea Construction Company. I basically spend 6 months a year on a 5 week on/off rotation working on boats round the world helping with the installation of pipelines and structures used in the offshore oil and gas industry.
It's a great job when I'm off for 5 weeks at a time and not too bad when I'm away for 5 weeks. I get to travel to a variety of places. This year I've managed to go to Brazil, France, Holland, Norway and will be in US next month and Australia before the end of the year!

I know, I know; it's the only job in the world where you're meant to be even more boring than an accountant.
