I'll second that, spend a bit of time and effort masking off the surrounding parts it makes to job look twice as good.

As for the colour go for red you know you want to... 8)

yeah but everyone does red. It's been done to death. Black is a classy change.

think black will look great suits S3s and doesn't draw attention to the lack of disk size on the standard set up

was looking at some new aftermarket brake designs today which will fit the roc and they are going to be made in black, red, blue and now silver for use roc owners

Who is making the brake kits? I've used Wilwood before and they were great and pretty cheap in comparison to Brembo, AP etc.

Who,s paint are you useing? there is a number on the market i have see a two pack paint that comes with brush and cleaner for about £24 (Foliatec ), it sets with a high gloss shine. Thinking of red, with the black paint work and the silver of the wheels its got to be the only way to go.

I was thinkin of Hyper silver (or similar to the interlagos rim color)...what you guys think ??
Red...looks good, but I dont have a spec of Red on my car to match it
Black...You can hardly see the brake setup...I wanna emphasize them

Thanx Evil Derboy for the heads up..will definitely brush paint them rather than spraying...
Anyone did any other color ??

|Why not go white and bring out the fact there is a caliper in there somewhere??? They aren't huge and a dark colour like black makes them look even smaller! I love the RS calipers for sale in another thread and white would look great colour coded!

I was thinkin about it...looks awesome on the first day...second day....mmmm...covered in brake dust on the 3rd...
will be a mission to clean with those interlagos wheels

Do you think a gloss white would allow the brake dust to just blow off ?

Yep those RS Calipers look awesome

I painted mine silver at the weekend after a year of motoring they where black with dirt! They now look like new, silver looks very smart on a white Scirocco....
