Are top mounts the same across all models?
any particular ones better than others?

As far as i know all of them are the same unless the R has something different. Id recomend changing the bearing too as these tend to go with rust depends if your cars old or new. Mine broke causing my spring to snap. Gsf sell both with a 60% discount.
