Start stop function not available. Could be bacause your your heating is on hight or on engine not up to temperature. Nothing to worry about.

As advised above, it's the start / stop function disabled. As well as being disabled if the engine is not up to operating temperure, it can also be disabled if there is a high electrical load or if the battery health is suspect.
