The usb/media port in the arm-rest of my 2015 GT tech has collapsed.
Spoke to the main dealers yesterday, it's only sold as the complete module @£175,rather than just being able to replace the internal media part.
Has anyone experienced something similar, or had one repaired?

Re: USB/Media In Port failure/broken
Ebay would by my choice here. Second hand unit should be cheap enough, and easy to find in good condition.
Swapping over is a case of popping the old one out with two keys, disconnecting the two connectors and swapping the units over. Reckon it'll take you less than 2 minutes with the proper removal tools.

Re: USB/Media In Port failure/broken
Sorted it out via a breaker on Ebay.
£35 delivered, plug an play, all sorted now but I'm wondering if I could get the USB socket replaced in the old unit.
Does the USB/Audio in unit come out of the larger casing?
Cheers
