Hi all,
I’ve got a recurring P2015 fault on my 2.0tsi. I replaced the intake manifold myself a few weeks ago and all seemed well until the EML came back on today (I’ve only driven the car twice since the repair works). Yet again I was greeted with a ‘18447/P2015/008213 - Intake Manifold Flap Position Sensor (Bank 1): Implausible Signal’
The intake manifold job went smoothly and everything is plugged back in and working etc, the fault clears via VCDS then comes back after revving the engine once and the EML after switching the car off and on again.
I’m at my wits end with this issue and was hoping someone could shed some light? Maybe I’ve missed something, required adaptations etc??
Any help is greatly appreciated..

Check the actuator are hasnt popped off.

I hate this part!
I went through 2 or 3 intake manifolds during my ownership
