Rear Footwell Flooded

Hi I’ve recently purchased my 2.0 TSI and have discovered the footwell behind the drivers seat to be soaking. I’m assuming it’s the rear washer line as the reservoir constantly needs filled and there’s a noticeable delay before water comes out at the back window. I was hoping someone has experienced this before or has some advice!

Youd need to trace the jet lines to the rear and possible replace. depending on hwo flodded the floor is, I think there are some plugs under the carpet.
