Good evening all ,
Wife had a strange message appear in the dash as she went to start it , it said " stabilizing error " she turned ign off and on again and all was well.... any ideas what this ment ?. 2015 2.0 rline

Could be the Electronic Stability Program (ESP). It could have been triggered by low voltage caused by the battery voltage dropping below a threshold when cranking the engine which would be a sign that the battery needs charged or replaced.
It's possible a fault code was stored which you would need to scan with VCDS to view.

Thanks for the reply, that would make sense as the car has been stood for over a week,, I'll charge the battery and see how it goes , it's normally a bit of a mile muncher
