Bluetooth Help

Post by DannyHemingway »

HI Guys,

Hoping someone on here can help or at least point me to where the fault maybe.

I have aftermarket Bluetooth stereo, all has been working fine.

A few months ago it stopped automatically connecting my phone to the stereo, every time i'd get into my car i would need to forget the device and repair it. I then got a new phone and it all worked phone reconnecting no issue. Now its doing the same thing with my new phone a few months on. Both have been iPhones.

Apple seem to think its the stereo, the stereo people say its my phone :?

Try pairing the stereo with another phone (preferably non Apple) and see if it behaves the same way. That shod prove whether it's the stereo or the phone. You often get issues like this when you update Apple devices. Have you updated your iPhone recently?
