Hi,
So story from the start, bought sicirocco not long ago 2.0tsi and decided to remap it but once we got it on dyno it only showed 85hp instead of 200hp. The guy who was doing remap said that my turbo is not working and that's why it is not giving power.
So brough it to the garage to check it and it seem to be that my turbo underboosts for ex: actual should be 1650 but it only gives 1300. Took the diverter valve off and it seem to be fine it was a bit wet from oil but not much. The garage said that it might be remapped for economy mode and that's why ecu only asks 1650 at peak and turbo only gives 1300 at the peak.
Does anyone know what else could be causing it?

Just an update. Half of the first catalyst converter was shattered and got stuck onto second and it lead to blocked exhaust
