I can contain my desire for a Golf R no longer, so time to sell mine. its a 2011 car in black, panoramic sunroof, one previous owner, bought from VW franchise in July 2013, Revo stage 1 remap, Mk7 Golf R front brakes, Quaife type LSD, S3 console bushes, recent from Pirelli P Zeros, new Sachs clutch last year, new Bosch coilpacks last year. So what do you think its worth on either private sale or part ex basis ?

It's worth 10k on a good day private, but the mods won't add any value in a part ex

In June I got somewhere around £8-8500 trade-in on my 2010 DSG with only 36k on the clock which I thought was fair. They stickered it at £11k and it sold pretty quickly. VW dealer.

The car is now for sale, asking £8995 with the diff/big brakes, or £8600 without, thought that would give people the option especially if modified will be too much to insure, I imagine Revo will put it back to a stock map if needed, will be going on Pistonheads and Ebay this weekend
