Hi!
I recently swap my cluster 2009 to a 2011 model. Both white MFD.
The 2009 cluster has a 24C32 EEPROM, ans the 2011 a 24C64 EEPROM.
Is it possible to swap the EEPROM, so that the 2009 cluster have the same function of the 2011 cluster?
Witch EEPROM is appropriate for VW clusters?
My goal is to be able to have SCIROCCO written when I turn on the car. Just like the new model.
Is this possible?
Best Regards.

Re: Update EEPROM Cluster
You can't just swap the eeprom's - that won't work. You will need to reflash the cluster.
