windows open/close after starting

small problem with my windows, searched some trough this forum and google. but i cant find the exact same problem im having...
found 1 guy with an eos with the same problem, but that was a single post with no answer.

1: open car
window goes down for 1 cm orso.
window closes after closing the door.
(all normal)

2: starting the car
windows go up and down (1 cm orso) again
this happens 95% of the time

went back to the dealer where i bought it.
and they say its "normal" (it should be a known problem for scirocco's, and they can grow old with it)

any tips? where to look. reset maby?

I think this is caused by the ignition keylock.
Sometimes when i try to put it on contact it freaks out to.
The keylock has micro switches that control the Windows.
When you take the key out of the lock the windows drop.
when it happens on mine, it helps to pull the steering wheel a bit to the left when putting it on ignition.

so, what would be a solution than. a new contact?

will give the pulling a try tomorrow.
