Fitting a sub

Post by RyanBlackmore »

Hey guys,

I'm looking to fit a sub in my 2009 scirocco. I don't have any experience with electrics so don't really know what I'm doing, I can potentially get a friend to help but still unsure on what I'm doing. I've read countless threads but everyone says different things.

Please could someone explain the easiest way to fit a sub and connect it all up and any recommendations on which sub to get. I've also read about some having to be manually switched on and off each time and others saying about it turns on and off when you start the car.

I know I'm a noob so any help would be greatly appreciated, looking to fit one soon. :?

Thank you!

If you don't know what you're doing, then I would suggest paying somebody to fit one. It won't be hugely expensive and it will save you a lot of hassle.
