Xenon lights
If the lights are fitted from the factory or retrofitted do they adjusted automatically at night from the main beam to the full beam as it notices on coming cars?

Not as standard.
The function that does this is called "High Beam Assist" but I'm not sure if it was available on the facelift models. It certainly wasn't when I specced mine.

Yes some do have it but you need the rear view mirror with camera on the back.
