No idea why they made me wait - it just meant that I made them wait for their money too - as a business you'd have thought they'd want the car sold and the money in the bank ASAP. I saw it the day it came in, as I took my insurance details in for getting the car taxed. I was allowed to go and have a look - it was immaculate. If I wasn't allowed a look at it i'd have been suspicious that my 9 day wait was to fix a prang without my knowledge.

Never Ever deal with K&G Vehicle solutions, www.kgvs.co.uk
It's now July 7th and the car was ordered on 2nd March 2009. The car has been sat in Dartford Kent waiting for me but my brokers haven't got a clue.
I've now actually bypassed them and dealt with the VW dealer direct and am traveling the 700 mile round journey on Friday (at my own expense) to collect the car and bring my baby home!!
It's now July 7th and the car was ordered on 2nd March 2009. The car has been sat in Dartford Kent waiting for me but my brokers haven't got a clue.

24th July and it finally lands.
Happy with everything other than VW's customer services and KG Vehicle Contracts ability to tell the truth, keep me updated or assist in any way!
I only got the car by taking them out of ther loop completely and talking direct to the dealership. Never again.
