Installed Metal Pedals
Well after the dead battery scenario i've now got around to installing my metal pedals from a Skoda Octavia.
A pretty simple job and what a difference it makes!!
I'm over the moon with how good they look Next job will be to get some Scirocco logo embroiled mats.

Re: Installed Metal Pedals
Are these different from the normal roc peddles - i don't mean in terms of metal to rubber, just as in shape. I have the DSG which comes with larger break and accelerator peddles, but is this just because its semi auto or did you lose those for this?

Hi
Peddles look really good, did you have to replace the accelerator pedal entirely? Also do you have a link where I can get a set?

Yes you do have to replace the accelerator pedal entirely. It's quite an easy job and if you search Google you will find a how to guide.
I got mine from here.... http://www.skodaparts.com/product/octav ... 2012-50068" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Good luck!

Done the peddles and a GT for rest. Made a massive difference to the look of the interior. Cheers for the link.

Love the look of these, definitely something I'd look to add to mine. Also after some Scirocco embroiled mats but struggling to find a genuine source??

Re: Installed Metal Pedals
The mats with Scirocco embroidered on them are the genuine VW Luxury Mats that you can buy from TPS or dealers.Elliotlong9999 wrote:Love the look of these, definitely something I'd look to add to mine. Also after some Scirocco embroiled mats but struggling to find a genuine source??
