can anyone help please I am pulling my hair out.
I have a RNS510 Kufatec Fiscon hands free system that works fine when someone calls me, but if I make a call from the car, the microphone doesn't work and they can't hear me.
I have checked the wiring as much as I can, but with the microphone working when I receive a call I guess it's pretty much ok.
I was on software 3970 and have just upgraded to 3980 hoping that might sort it, but it's the same.
I have only had the car a couple of months and it's not worked since I bought it privately.
